Every coaching conversation you have with Unfiltered is completely private. Your sessions are encrypted in transit and at rest. No one — not even our team — reads your conversations.

We built Unfiltered on the principle that an AI coach only works if you feel completely safe being honest. That means absolute privacy is not optional — it's the architecture.

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your coaching insights, emotional patterns, and personal growth are yours alone.

Our business model is simple: you pay for a subscription, we provide coaching. We don't need to monetize your data because you are our customer, not our product.

Your coaching conversations are processed by AI language models to generate responses. We have strict data processing agreements with our AI providers.

Your conversations are never used to train AI models. They are not stored by our AI providers beyond the processing window. All transmission is encrypted.

We don't track your behavior. No analytics cookies, no fingerprinting, no behavioral profiling. We don't optimize for engagement — we optimize for your growth.

There are no dark patterns designed to keep you on screen. No streaks, no gamification, no manipulative notifications. When you're ready to stop using Unfiltered, that's a success, not a failure.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls.

Only the minimum data necessary to provide the coaching service is stored. We regularly review what we store and remove anything that isn't essential.

You can delete all your data at any time — no questions asked. When you request deletion, everything is permanently removed within 30 days: conversations, insights, habits, journal entries, and account information.

If you cancel your subscription, your data stays until you choose to delete it. We don't hold your data hostage, and we don't make deletion difficult.

We believe trust is built through transparency, not promises. This page exists because we want you to understand exactly how we handle your data — in plain language, not legalese.
