2.2 Coaching Data

• Coaching session conversations

• Basic device information for app functionality (iOS version, device type)
• Crash reports and error logs (anonymized, for improving the app)

What we do NOT collect: We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, device IDs for tracking, or any data from other apps on your device.

• Providing AI coaching sessions with context from your history
• Generating personalized insights and habit recommendations

4. AI Processing

Your coaching conversations are processed by AI language models to provide responses. This processing is covered by strict data processing agreements with our AI providers. Your conversations are:

• Never used to train AI models
• Not stored by our AI providers beyond the processing window
• Transmitted securely using encryption

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls.

• Active accounts — Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete specific data or your entire account at any time.
• Cancelled subscriptions — Your data remains until you request deletion. We don't automatically delete your data when you cancel.
• Deletion requests — All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

8. Third Parties

We share data with the following categories of third parties only:

• AI processing providers — For generating coaching responses (with data processing agreements)
• Infrastructure providers — For hosting and database services (with data processing agreements)
• Apple — For subscription billing (processed entirely by Apple, we don't see your payment details)

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, or any other third parties.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for functionality (session management). We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Unfiltered is designed for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 17, we will delete it promptly.
