1. What Unfiltered Is

Unfiltered is an AI-powered dating coach application. It provides conversational coaching, habit-building tools, emotional insights, and related self-improvement features through artificial intelligence.

Important: Unfiltered is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. While our AI includes crisis detection and will surface professional resources when needed, it is not a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old to use Unfiltered
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — accounts are not transferable
• You agree to provide accurate information

3. Subscription and Billing

• Free tier — Your first coaching session is free, no credit card required
• Monthly subscription — $14.99/month, billed monthly through the App Store
• Annual subscription — $99.99/year, billed annually through the App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Unfiltered, including coaching conversations, journal entries, and habit data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the coaching service to you.

We do not use your content for any other purpose. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the AI system
• Share your account with others
• Use the service to harm, harass, or manipulate others
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information

6. AI Limitations

Unfiltered uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses, please be aware:

• AI responses may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate
• The AI is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional
• For mental health emergencies, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline
• The AI's suggestions are guidance, not professional advice

7. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to our service. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all your data at any time. Upon request, we will permanently delete all your personal data, coaching history, and account information within 30 days.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfiltered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
